French YouTuber Squeezie is gearing up to launch a F4 league aimed at showcasing young talent.
After the phenomenal success of GP Explorer, Squeezie isn’t stopping there. In fact, the French youtuber is preparing an ambitious new project, a F4 league. This Formula 4 league will be designed to give young sim-racing talents a real shot at racing on track.
Why does the YouTuber want to create his own F4 league?
Squeezie, whose real name is Lucas Hauchard, has become a symbol of motorsport’s revival on the internet. After winning over millions with GP Explorer, he now wants to turn his passion into an opportunity for others. This new F4 league feels like the natural next step in his extraordinary journey.
From YouTube to the racetrack, an unexpected turn
You’ve probably heard of Netflix’s Drive to Survive. The series had actually brought thousands of new fans to motorsport. That’s exactly what inspired this youtuber to create his own F4 league.
A lifelong video game enthusiast, Squeezie discovered through the series a fascinating world. It is also one that led to the creation of GP Explorer. The latter is a Formula 4 event where content creators race on the Bugatti circuit in Le Mans.
In just three editions, the event broke every record. In fact, it gathered 80,000 spectators on-site. Additionally, there was a million viewers on Twitch. But after The Last Race, it’s time to turn the page and move toward a new adventure.
An F4 league by a YouTuber, for the next generation
Squeezie now wants to offer a chance to young drivers who can’t afford traditional racing programs, especially those aged 15 to 16. “I want to change the trajectory of hungry young talents,” he says. For him, the F4 league must become a space of opportunity, where skill matters more than money.
How would this F4 league work?
Squeezie’s project draws inspiration directly from e-sports culture. It mixes entertainment, competition, and talent discovery. Naturally, he plans to broadcast everything on Twitch, which then will make it accessible to a young and connected audience.

An organization modeled after American leagues
Squeezie envisions a championship of four races, held over several weekends. Two personalities, called “team principals,” will lead each team. Additionally, they will select their drivers through a draft, NBA-style.
The 24 chosen young drivers will then race in real single-seaters. But it will only happen after undergoing a full training program. That training combines physical, mental, and technical preparation.
How will the YouTuber finance his F4 league?
For the first time, GP Explorer 3 turned a profit. Thanks to those earnings, Squeezie can reinvest in his next project. “There’s a one-in-five chance it’ll happen, but I’m going all in,” he says. His goal is to create a mixed, fair, and accessible championship. One that could reveal the future stars of French motorsport.
