Famous F1 driver Lewis Hamilton is actually a true workaholic. What does he do when he’s not behind the wheel?
Lewis Hamilton, the seven-time Formula 1 world champion, never really stops. When he steps away from the cockpit, he dives into other worlds. And if you think he’s taking a break, think again: Hamilton is a genuine workaholic.
Busy days, even far from the circuits
Hamilton often explains that his fans see only a tiny fraction of what he accomplishes outside of F1. From shoots and commercials to factory work, this year he’s spent more time than ever in his career on these activities. He fully embraces this intense pace that makes him a workaholic. In fact, he says he “does more every season” while keeping his zest for life.
When he finally disconnects from the Grand Prix world, it’s not to lounge around. Hamilton juggles multiple projects, such as launching a non-alcoholic tequila. Let’s not forget his fashion collaborations with Dior through his brand Plus 44. Or producing a film about F1… All these roles confirm that Hamilton simply cannot stay inactive.
Hamilton and his personal life as a workaholic
Since his split from Nicole Scherzinger in 2015, Hamilton has kept his love life private. Rumors, whether about Shakira or other personalities, seem to roll off him. For him, the priority remains clear: his projects and sporting goals.

In an interview, he admitted he has no time to start a family. Hamilton himself said: “I’m a workaholic. I don’t have time for that.”Constantly traveling, hopping from meetings to training sessions, striving to get the best out of himself and his team… All of this leaves little room for anything else. At 40 years old, he’s already preparing his future with Ferrari. But the question remains: will he ever take the time to slow down?
